Dianne Haley is an experienced interim manager with strong commercial, financial and strategic experience and a proven track record of successful programme delivery.
She has particular expertise in business planning and change management, leading merger and acquisition programmes and other organisational changes. She is also an experienced facilitator of strategic reviews for senior management teams.
Dianne has worked across different sectors, from financial services to the NHS and wider public sector, professional associations and the third sector. She has also carried out non-executive roles in the charity and public sector and is currently on the Board of The National Library of Scotland.
Based in Edinburgh, Dianne undertakes assignments across the UK.
