Dianne is an experienced interim manager of change programmes within the financial services, public and charity sectors, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, business planning and partnership agreements.

Prior to setting up her own business, Dianne spent 20 years in the private sector undertaking director roles in insurance, fund management and international service businesses. She was a member of the executive team at Scottish Provident that created the market leading protection business before leading the programme for the demutualisation of the business and sale to Abbey National. She was FSA approved when Compliance Officer for Scottish Provident and Director of Strategy for the Royal London Group.

During her career, Dianne has managed professional teams in many areas, including planning, management information systems, operational risk and communications.

Dianne is on the Board of the National Library of Scotland and was previously on the Board of Ark Housing Association. She is also a volunteer for the Cranfield Trust.

Dianne has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is Prince 2 qualified.

She is a Fellow of the Strategic Planning Society.
